• Schematic Design: Early-stage HVAC concepts, site surveys, feasibility studies, and basis of design development based on existing conditions and project requirements.
• Design Development: Refinement of HVAC systems including load calculations, ventilation analysis, equipment selection, and coordination with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
